The rice

The Rice is a part of a healthy nutrition and a balanced diet, that is why nutritionists  recommend a diet rich in rice, because:

It is a source of calcium, mineral salts with positive effects on the bone system.

Does not contain cholesterol.

Contains the vitamin B complex which helps the brain’s smooth functioning, increases the power of concentration and maintains the health of the nervous system.

Contains essential amino acids for the proper functioning of the human metabolism.

Does not contain trans fats, which raise cholesterol levels.

Contains hypo allergic protein with a high biological value.

Does not contain proteins such as gliadin and glutein, that cause diseases of the intestine.

Has a low fat concentration.

Contains iron used for the smooth functioning of the body (lack of iron can cause headache, state of anemia, fatigue).

Has the optimal concentration of magnesium.

It is an important source of carbohydrates, given by the starch (easily assimilable and digestible) and cellulose.

Rice includes a minimum concentration of undigested substances.

It contains carbohydrates, the vitamin B complex of magnesium and reduces stress.

100g of beans contains: 21.6 protein, 60.3 carbohydrates, 4.6 fibres, 1.4 total fats, 4.8 mg iron, 143 mm magnesium, 1120 mg potassium, 4.7 mg zinc.
