Ingredients: 100 g Deroni boiled beans, 4 cloves of garlic, 2 thyme sprigs, 2 tablespoons of oil, salt, pepper, a tablespoon of lemon juice, a can of tuna (natural), a celery stem, a red onion, 8 slices of white bread, 1 clove of garlic, 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Method of preparation: Anneal the beans boiled and drained, the chopped garlic and thyme in a hot pan, season it and sprinkle some lemon juice. Break the tuna in pieces, mix them with the beans and the grated celery stem and add salt and pepper according to your taste. Brown the slices of bread, which are sprinkled with oil and rubbed with garlic first. Cover the slices with a layer of beans and sprinkle over the fine sliced red onion.
Spaghetti with white beans
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 150 g bacon, an onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 red pepper, 2 sage sprigs, a rosemary sprig, parsley wisp, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 250 g Deroni beans, 500 g spaghetti, 30 g parmesan (cheese).
Method of preparation: Cut the bacon in cubes, chop the onion and crush the garlic. Clean the chili of seeds and ribs. Wash the potherbs, shake well from water and cut finely. Heat a tablespoon of oil and allow the bacon to brown on medium heat. First add the onion, garlic and chili, cook a little and then add the herbs, drained beans and 300 ml of water. Give it all to a boil, salt lightly and allow it to cook slowly over low heat approx. 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water, drain it, cook it a little in the remaining oil and mix it with bean sauce. Serve with parmesan or grated cheese.
