Hungarian boiled rice with jam and walnut (microwave)
Preparation time: 30 minutes. Ingredients: Boiled Deroni rice, jam, mashed walnuts, sugar and cinnamon powder. Method of preparation: Put half of the quantity of the rice boiled in advance with a bit of salt in a layer on a plate. On top spread a generous layer of apricot or plum jam and sprinkle smashed walnuts. Put the second half of boiled rice (in a layer) on top of the jam, sprinkle over with sugar and then cinnamon powder to taste. Place in the microwave for 5-7 minutes at maximum intensity.
Tips: You can add a spoon of rice boiled in butter, still a little hot.
