Preparation time: 60 minutes.

Ingredients: 500g bean Deroni, 100 g goat cheese, 80 g dried tomatoes diced, a diced onion, parsley leaves, olive oil, dried basil, a glass of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.

Method of preparation: Put the beans in water from the night before so you can easily cook the next day. The next day, rinse thoroughly with water and place it in a pot with salted water. Boil it until it becomes soft and let it to cool slightly. Place the beans in a large bowl and add the onion, dried tomatoes, basil, parsley, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir while allowing it to cook for 2 hours. Before serving add a little olive oil and goat cheese cut into thin pieces.
