Preparation time: 30-40 minutes. Ingredients: 1 cup of Deroni rice, 1 fibster, 1 green pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 onion, 2 carrots, 4 eggs, olive oil, soy sauce, salt, sugar, pepper. Method of preparation: Cut all the vegetables in small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a pan (strong flame) and fry all vegetables until they change their color. Take them off the flame. Separately mix roughly the eggs and cook an omelet (average cooked), then cut it in pieces. Boil the rice in water. At a bowl of rice put 2 bowls of water. Put a bit of olive oil and when is hot add the rice, fry it a little bit and then add water and spices. After they are done, mix it with the fried vegetables and the omelet, leave it for a while on the flame add the soy sauce, salt and sugar in the same amount, pepper and spices to taste. Serve hot, as garnish for grilled meat.
