Small Doughnuts Rice
Ingredients: 500 g Deroni rice, 150 g flour, 2 eggs, 5 tablespoons milk, 1 spoon dry yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 100 g of powder sugar, salt to taste.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice. Soak the yeast in warm milk with a teaspoon sugar. Mix the leaven with rice and leave it for 2-3 hours. Add flour, eggs and salt. Flutter. The oil is poured in a pan to incorporate small doughnuts up to half. Heat the oil well. Take a tablespoon from the composition and make some small doughnuts. Put the small doughnuts in the pan and reduce the fire so that they do not burn. When turned on the other side carefully, place a lid on top of the pan. Crisp them well then place them on an absorbent paper. After they cool down, powder with sugar. |
