Rice with fruits
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients: 100 g Deroni rice, 1 apple, 1 pear, juice squeezed from an orange.
Preparation: Choose the rice, wash, boil and stir it continuously, keep avoiding it to stick. Meanwhile clean and chop the apple and pear in cubes, squeeze the orange. When the rice is almost cooked, add the fruits and the orange juice, cover them with a lid and let them simmer approx. 10 minutes. After boiling, put the composition into the blender and serve it warm.
