Turkey with rice and vegetables (after 7 months)
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 1 small turkey escalope, 1 handful of green peas, 1 carrot chopped into small pieces, ½ chopped onion, a tomato skin cleansed, 1 handful of Deroni rice (preferably, round grain rice), a bay leaf, 2 sprigs of parsley, a small piece of butter or oil.
Preparation: Gently fry the turkey escalope chopped in pieces and the chopped onion in a little bit of oil. Add a little bit of water and all the vegetables and then add the bay leaf and parsley. Once the vegetables and meat are cooked, incorporate rice and allow it to boil until all the sauce is absorbed.
