Chicken soup with rice
Preparation time: 60 minutes.
Ingredients:
½ diced chicken skinless breast, 2 carrots, a parsley root, a small onion, 100 g sour cream or milk, 1 egg, a wisp of parsley, a cup of Deroni rice, salt for your taste.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion and put it to anneal together with chicken. Add the carrots and parsley root dice chopped, they anneal slightly and then add approx. 2 liters of water. When meat and vegetables are almost cooked, add the cup of well washed rice. When rice is boiled, before you turn off the fire, mix egg with sour cream or milk, after which mix it in the soup. Let it boil one more time, turn off the heat and add the parsley wisp finely chopped and not too much salt since the recipe is for small children.
