Rice salad
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Deroni rice, white cheese, garlic, dietetic yogurt, fresh cheese / cottage cheese, dill, salt and pepper, vegetables as desired (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers). The quantities will set according to taste.
Preparation: Put the rice to boil. The cooking time depends on the rice, so you have to taste it. When the boiling is over, strain and rinse it with cold water. Cut the vegetables and the white cheese into cubes and mix them. Separately prepare a paste of yogurt, cottage cheese / fresh cheese and crushed garlic, add the dill, salt and spices to taste. Finally, mix the paste with the chopped vegetables and rice, or just mix the rice and vegetables together and the paste is served separately.
