Rice pudding with milk
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 50 g rice Deroni, 500 ml milk, 30 g sugar, 10 g butter, 2 eggs, vanilla, lemon zest.
Preparation: Put the rice in the boiling milk and leave it to cook at low heat, stirring constantly. Blend the sugar with butter, gradually adding egg yolks, lemon peel and eventually egg whites whisk until frothy. Once the rice has cooled, mix it all together and put this composition in a form covered with breadcrumbs. Place in the oven at high heat to crisp. This pudding can be served with powder sugar or cherry syrup. The same way you can prepare pudding with wheat, noodles or other kinds of pasta.
