Special recipe for cabbage rolls
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Ingredients: low fat beef or chicken meat, Deroni rice, mushrooms, spices, 1 egg, 1 carrot, 1 green pepper, peppercorn, bay leaves, unsalted pickled cabbage leaves or patience dock leaves.
Preparation: For added flavor and tenderness in the minced meat you can add: 1 spoon of dietetic sour cream, 1 egg, 1 carrot, 1 chopped pepper, some chopped mushrooms, 3 tablespoons of rice, thyme, basil and pepper. Intersperse between the cabbage rolls, thyme, bay leaf, peppercorns, paprika and one tablespoon of oil. When stuffed cabbage rolls are almost cooked add a small glass of wine and a bit of tomato juice. In the spring, it is preferably to do the rolls in patience dock leaves blanched first with borsch (fermented wheat bran).
