Tomato soup with rice (from 9 months old)
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 400 ml filtered vegetable broth, 150 g tomatoes, 30 g rice Deroni, 10 ml oil, salt, potherbs.
Preparation: Prepare a vegetable broth then slip it into another pot, boil the tomatoes and then pass them through a strainer. In the vegetable soup boil well the selected and washed rice. Then add the tomatoes, oil and salt and give it another boil. Serve it with finely chopped potherbs. While boiling, you can add a teaspoon of sugar.
