Beef soup with rice
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 150 grams of beef, 1 carrot, ½ celery, a small onion, 2 tablespoons of Deroni rice, a wisp of parsley.
Preparation: Cut the meat in small cubes and cook it with vegetables and rice (first, boil the meat well). Finely chop the parsley and place it in the soup. Purée it all together, the juice you can drink it separately.
