Dietetic cake with wheat and rice

Preparation time: 45 minutes.

Ingredients:
For the first batter: a cup wheat kernels, 10 tablespoons bread crumbs, 6 tablespoons honey, one cup crushed nuts, a pinch of salt. For the second batter: a cup of rice, 200 g walnuts coconut, 3 tablespoons of honey, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar. Fruits for decoration: apples, bananas and other fruits of your choice.

Preparation:
Boil the wheat until it softens. Separately put the rice to boil. For the first batter: mix the boiled wheat with honey, breadcrumbs and nuts. Place it in an oven tray; it must be even over the entire surface. For the second batter: mix the boiled rice with coconut, honey and vanilla sugar. Spread the resulting composition over first layer. Garnish with fruits. Leave it to cool down. Cut it in different shapes or with the top of a glass and place the pieces on a platter. You can also sprinkle some chopped pistachios
