Chinese dish with chicken, rice and mushrooms
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: one small cup of Deroni rice, 2 sweet peppers, 200 g mushrooms, 1 onion, Chinese spices, soy sauce and chicken breast.
Method of preparation: Boil the water in a pot, adding a teaspoon of oil and salt. After boiling, add a small cup of rice. While the rice is boiling, bone the chicken breast and cut it into fine thin strips then put it in a bowl full of Chinese spices, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of wine and soy sauce. Meanwhile, cut the onion and brown it in a little oil then add the peppers and the mushrooms and cover everything with a lid and let it stew. When it is almost done add the chicken breast in the sauce. After the rice is boiled, drip out the water and put it on a plate. Arrange the chicken breast and the vegetables in the middle of the plate. Serve with soy sauce on top.

Chinese rice a la Canton
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 4 small cups of Deroni boiled rice, 4 tablespoons of lard, 6 sausages, 200 g of ham, 2 eggs, 1 onion, 100 g of tuna, mushrooms, green onions.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice in salted water a few hours before preparing the dish. After boiling, drip out the water and wash it with cold water. Cut the sausages, the ham, the mushrooms and onions in thin slices and fry everything in lard. Add a little hot water and leave everything simmer for a while. After the sauce reduced, add the rice (heated in advance), cut the tuna into fine strips and the omelet-like beaten eggs. Mix everything slowly, let simmer for a little while until the composition becomes homogeneous. You can serve this with green onions.

Classic Chinese rice
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Ingredients: rice, water, salt.
Method of preparation: Wash the rice several times. Place it in a pan and add cold water so that it covers the rice no more than 1 cm, then add salt. Let it boil on high heat and when brought to boil for 2 or 3 times cover the pan and leave it simmer. After about 25 minutes, the water has evaporated and rice is ready.

Chinese rice with vegetables
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: Deroni Rice (long-grain or parboiled), red pepper, yellow pepper, carrot, peas, mushrooms, 1 egg, salt, pepper, olive oil, soy sauce.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice in salted water, then drain and wash it with cold water. Slice the carrot, the mushrooms and the peppers. Add three tablespoons of olive oil in a pan and fry the vegetables at high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Add the well drained rice and fry everything together for about 3 minutes. Add the eggs and mix well. Add pepper and soy sauce to your taste. Serve hot, plain or as garnish for Chinese dishes.

Chinese rice with chicken and vegetables
Preparation time: 40 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 mugs of Deroni rice, 10 tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil, 5 garlic cloves , 2 red peppers, ½ small white cabbage, 2 large carrots, 400 g meat chicken or pork ( raw), soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 2-3 tablespoons of water, 1 medium chili pepper, salt, parsley.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice, drain then wash. Separately, add oil in a larger pan, along with the smashed garlic cloves, let it fry until golden brown and add the meat cut into small slices and continuously stir the composition. Let it brown and cut the cabbage into thin strips, grate the carrot and slice the peppers (ingredients should be cut about the same size, to allow their quick penetration). Continuously stir and let it boil for about 8 minutes on high heat. Then add the tomato paste diluted with water, soy sauce (5-6 large spoons).Let boil for 6 minutes and add the sliced peppers with grains. Leave the peppers boil for one minute then add the rice and boil for another minute. Take everything off the heat and then chop about ½ bundle of parsley. Vegetables should not be entirely fried, they should remain firm.

Chinese chicken with rice and bamboo
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients for 2 gate: a boned chicken breast, a glass of Deroni rice, oil, one cup of water, one onion, 100 grams of bamboo, a carrot, a pepper, 100 grams of peas, salt, pepper, pickled bell peppers.
Method of preparation: Carefully oil the frying pan. Harden the chicken it’s parched. Cut the onion and the carrot, cut to pieces the peppers and the bamboo, after which are tempered together with meat and peas. Add water and the leave it stifle for a few minutes. Meanwhile, the rice is boiled in salty water. Let it boil, mixing it every now and then. When the rice is ready mix it with chicken and vegetables. Add salt and pepper your taste. Serve with pickled bell peppers.

Smoked sausages Chinese rice
Preparation time: 60 minutes.
Ingredients: 500 g of smoked sausages, 500 g of smoked ham, 300 g Deroni rice, 500 g of vegetable soup, 3 large onions, 2 bundle green onions, 3 sweet peppers (one yellow, one red, one green), 4 garlic cloves, 5-6 tomatoes, one teaspoon of paprika, 1 bay leaf, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 5 pounded cloves, salt, pepper grains, olive oil, thyme, oregano.
Method of preparation: The rice should be boiled in salted water. Mince the onion and the garlic and let brown in 3 tablespoons of oil. Cut the sausages and the ham into rings and add them over the frying onion and garlic. Scald the tomatoes and the sweet peppers and then mince them. Add the sweet peppers over the sausages and then the spices (salt, pepper, paprika, cloves, thyme, oregano, cinnamon and bay leaves). Add soup to this mixture and let it stew for 10 minutes. Add the drained rice and the minced tomatoes. Let boil for another 5 minutes. Serve it hot, with bundle thinly sliced green onions.

Chinese rice with egg and vegetables
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: a cup of Deroni rice, 3 eggs, 100 g of frozen vegetables, a spoon of soy sauce, salt.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice with 3 mugs of salted water. When it starts boiling lower the heat and let simmer about 15-20 minutes. When it is almost ready take it off the heat and let rest for 10 more minutes, covered, to absorb the water. After 10 minutes, stir with a fork to detach the rice from the bottom of the pan. Beat the eggs and make an omelet. You can make scrambled eggs, or you can cut the omelet into small pieces. Add in the pan the thawed vegetables, the rice and the soy sauce. Stir for one minute to heat.

Chinese rice with chicken and shrimps
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: a cup of Deroni rice , 200 g of fried chicken, 200 g fried shrimps, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic, 5 green onions or a small onion, 50 g peas or green beans, 50 g of salad , an egg, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, a pinch of sugar.
Method of preparation: Boil the rice with 3-4 mugs of salted water. When ready, drain it and rinse it with cold water. Pound a clove of garlic, cut the onion and the salad. In the pan were the chicken and the shrimps have been fried heat the oil and add both the onion and garlic. Stir one minute. Add the warm chicken and shrimps, stir for one minute. Add the beaten eggs and mix easily. Add the salad, the sugar, soy sauce and the boiled rice. Stir it for a minute and serve immediately.

Chinese rice with tuna and pickled gherkins
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients: One jar of pickled gherkins, Deroni rice, 2 cans of tuna in water, 1 lemon.
Method of preparation: In a pot add 1 ½ cups of rice, 4 cups of water, a teaspoon of salt and leave it boil. When the water begins to warm bring the rice to boiling and taste it, until it is not firm anymore, but watch it not to become sticky. When it is not crispy anymore stop the fire and immediately drain it in a sieve. It will not swell as much as before it will be tastier and the grains will not stick together. In a bowl add 2 whole tuna cans, salt and the slices of pickled gherkins, approximately 50-60G (not much more than tuna). Squeeze a lemon and mix carefully not to smash the rice.

Chinese rice au gratin
Preparation time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients: Deroni rice, pressed ham, cheese, sweet pepper, white pepper, salt, one egg, green onion.
Method of preparation: Wash the rice 2-3 times then boil in proportion of 1/1 with water. Dice the pressed ham and the cheese into small cubes. Clean then julienne the sweet peppers. Make an omelet and mix it with the ham and sweet peppers (in very little oil).Continue stirring for 2 minutes then add a bowl of boiled rice, the salt and the black pepper. Then add the small cubes of cheese and the minced green onions and stir until it becomes gratin.
