Rice with apples 2

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of Deroni rice, 2 tablespoons of milk, 2 glasses of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2-3 apples, lemon zest.

Preparation:
Put the rice to boil in the water and milk mixed together. When the rice starts to boil, add the apples cut in pieces, the sugar and the lemon zest. Place it in the oven until the rice is well done, then put the mixture in a wet cup in order to take the shape. After it cools down, turn it over on a plate. Instead of apples, you can use raisins, figs or fruits from compote.
