Rice with vegetables and meat (from 6 months old)

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
Deroni rice, carrots, red peppers, onions, tomatoes, meat, olive oil.

Preparation:
Boil the rice separately. Boil the meat (chicken or beef), peppers, carrots, onions and tomatoes in water, adding a teaspoon of olive oil. Finally, drain the rice and together with the vegetables and meat mix them in a blender (until it becomes a thinner puree) and serve it hot.
