Haricot beans
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 250 g bean Deroni, 100 ml olive oil, an onion, a bay leaf, 1 ½ l tomato juice, 25 g flour, parsley, dill, tarragon, thyme, pepper, salt.
Preparation:
The beans are cleaned of impurities and put to soak the day before. The next day, after rinsing it 2-3 times in cold water, put them to boil. Cook them covered, over low heat, for approx. one and a half - two hours or until the bean and peel are well softened. Boil the beans until the level of water decreases up to level of the beans. Chopp the onion, cook it in a saucepan on low heat with olive oil. (Note: we do not recommend for diet recipes ingredients like roasted onion and other fried ingredients; in this recipe it is a quick annealing time and it is used olive oil!). Add quickly tomato juice and put it over the cooked beans. Add a bay leaf and a branch of thyme. Mix the flour with 2 tablespoons of cold water and put it with the beans, let them boil a bit until the sauce thickens. Put some salt to taste, add a little pepper and sour it with lemon juice. Sprinkle chopped dill leaves, parsley and tarragon.
