Rice with spinach
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 1 handful of Deroni rice (150 g), few spinach leaves, a few drops of olive oil.
Preparation: Choose the rice, wash it well and put it to boil. When it’s almost done, add spinach which is prior washed and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Filter it through a strainer and puree it well. Finally add olive oil. It is very simple and very healthy for babies! Serve it warm.
