Dry bean soup
Preparation time: 60 minutes
Ingredients: 300 g Deroni beans, 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 1 green pepper, ½ parsley wisp, thyme, 2 onions, 2 potatoes, salt and parsley.
Preparation:
The beans are cleaned of impurities and put to soak the day before. Boil it the next day, after rinsing it 2-3 times in cold water. When the water starts to boil, change it with a fresh one. When it begins to boil again add the chopped vegetables: onion, carrot, parsnip, green pepper. When you notice that the bean’s peel starts to bust add potatoes, spices and salt to taste. After the potatoes are boiled, turn off the fire and add parsley.
