Rice with apples
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients: 250 g peeled apples, Deroni rice 30 g, 30 g sugar, a pinch of cinnamon powder.
Preparation: Peel the apples and boil the peels the water in order to get a glass of juice from them; then boil rice in it. When it is half cooked, add the sugar, sliced apples and cinnamon and leave in the oven until it thickens as a pudding. You may serve this with a little bit of whipped cream. The same you can prepare rice with plums.
