Chicken with rice and carrots (after 8 months)
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 40 g chicken (avoid fat), 30 g of Deroni rice, 1 large carrot grated, 250 ml of water, a piece of butter, 2 tablespoons of orange juice.
Preparation: Brown the chicken dice chopped. Add the rice, the grated carrot and water. Boil it once and then allow it to simmer for 20 minutes on low fire. Drain all the water and put the pieces in a deep plate and mix it with butter and orange juice.
