rice map Bean soup

Preparation time: 50 minutes.

Ingredients: 200 g Deroni beans, 100 g bacon, 100 g carrots, 100 g celery, 50 g onion, 50 g red pepper, 100 g tomatoes, 30 g broth, 50 ml oil, a sprig of thyme, 20 g salt.

Method of preparation: Wash the beans a few times, boil it for about 30 minutes, then change the water and continue to boil. Slice the bacon, put it to anneal in a pan with oil, add diced the vegetables except the tomatoes. Let it stewed with a little water and put the thyme. When the vegetables are almost done, pour the broth and the diced tomatoes, add a little water and cook it for a few minutes. When the beans are done, put the composition from the pan, simmer for approx. 10 minutes and season it with salt. Then boil it once more and take it off the stove.

Preparation time: 120 minutes.

Ingredients: Deroni beans, onion, parsley, salt and oil.

Method of preparation: Wash the beans and boil them for aprox. 2 hours, until the beans are soft and the grain peels off. Then drain the water, and mash it. Cut the onion finely and cook it with a little oil, parsley, salt. Over the mashed bean put fried onions together with the remaining oil from the cooking (if necessary add some oil).

Preparation time: 50 minutes.

Ingredients: 150-200 g Deroni beans, carrots, parsley, a medium onion, a green pepper, 2 tomatoes, 150 g beetroot, borsch (fermented wheat bran) or vegetable stock, cucumber juice, tomato juice or vinegar, lemon juice or lemon salt, lovage leaves, celery leaves ,salt.

Method of preparation: Wash the beans and boil them for aprox. 2 hours, until the beans are soft and the grain peels off. Then drain the water, and mash it. Preparation time: 120 minutes.

Ingredients: 250 g Deroni bean, a large onion (150g), 1 carrot (100g), a small celery (75g), 100 g bacon, 40 ml oil, ½ parsley, salt.

Method of preparation: In the evening, opt the beans in water to soak all night. Boil the beans in a 3 liter pot. After 10 minutes of boiling, change the water. This operation is repeated 2-3 times. Meanwhile clean and chop the onion, carrot and celery. Cut the bacon in stripes and brown them in a pan. Leave them aside. Add the remaining oil in the same pan that you used before and cook the onion. Boil the vegetables and bacon over the beans and leave it to cook for approx. 2 hours. When it is almost ready, add salt to taste. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Soup can be served hot or cold, decorated with parsley.

Preparation time: 90 minutes.

Ingredients: 600-700 g Deroni beans, a smoked ham, one onion, 4-5 carrots, a celery, 1 parsnip, 200 ml tomatto sauce, tarragon in vinegar, salt, pepper, a glass of oil, 3-4 tablespoons of flour.

Method of preparation: Boil the pork in 4-5 liters of water with celery and parsnips. The beans boil it separately; change the water 2-3 times. Fry the chopped onion, then add a teaspoon of paprika and sliced carrots and cook it for about 5 minutes, then put them over the pork ham. Once cooked, mix the beans with the pork soup, add tomatto sauce and chopped tarragon (and a little tarragon vinegar on) and cook for 10-15 minutes. Separately make a mixture from oil and flour and add it to the soup. Leave it on low heat to boil.
rice map Baked beans with smoked sausage

Preparation time: 90 minutes.

Ingredients: 500 g Deroni bean, a sprig of rosemary, salt, 500 g peeled tomatoes (canned), 3 cloves of garlic, 5 tablespoons oil, 4 spring of dried sage, black pepper, a piece of smoked sausage cut into pieces (you can also put smoked salami, thinly sliced).

Method of preparation: Put the beans to soak in cold water the night before. The next day change the old water and boil it in 1 liter of clean water with the rosemary string and ½ tablespoon of salt. Boil for 1 ½ hours on low heat. Drain the beans. If the tomatoes are fresh, blanche them and peel off the skin and cut into quarters, if tomatoes are canned cut them according to their size. Peel and slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and put the garlic and chopped sage leaves, Add the tomatoes and cook them for a short time. Add the drained beans, salt, pepper, and mix everything with the tomatoes. Serve it with pieces of meat, sausages or salami sliced and slightly fried in some oil. Who prefers that, can add a little vinegar on top.

Preparation time: 40 minutes.

Ingredients: 3 liters of water, 300 g Deroni beans, vegetables for soup, 200 g tomatoes, potherbs, a cup of mirabelles.

Method of preparation: Put the beans to boil. After some time, change the water with fresh water hot. Add a carrot, a green pepper and chopped onion. When the vegetables are almost cooked, put salt, tomatoes and herbs (dill, parsley, onion stalks and lovage). Let it boiled together and add mirabelles. Let it cook for a few minutes longer, but not too much, the mirabelles should not be over boiled. This soup can be served cold or hot.

Preparation time: 40 minutes.

Ingredients: ½ kg beans Deroni, 3 patience dock wisp, 2 onions, 1 carrot, 2 potatoes, 1 green pepper, borsch (fermented wheat bran) or vegetable stock, lovage, salt, pepper.

Method of preparation: Boil the beans, in a covered pot, after it soaked the whole night. Separately, anneal in oil the grated carrot, onion and green pepper (finely chopped), diced potatoes and chopped patience dock. Add a cup of bean soup and let the vegetables to boil. When both the beans and the vegetables are cooked, mix them and add the borsch (boiled separately, with an onion) or the stock. Add salt and pepper. Add finely chopped lovage. Boil it once more and the sour soup is ready.

Preparation time: 120 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 kg Deroni beans, 6 large onions, 1 l oil, smoked meat, a tablespoon of tomatto souce, 1-2 bay leaves, parsley.

Method of preparation: Boil the beans in three waters. The onion finely choped is added after the beans are almost cooked, but without adding more than a glass of water. Leave it for approx. 15 minutes more and add the bay leaves, tomatto sauce and smoked meat, finely chopped. When most of the water has evaporated, put oil and bake stirring from time to time.

Preparation time: 100 minutes.

Ingredients: Deroni beans, mayonnaise with yogurt, dill, pepper

Method of preparation: Boil the beans, drain and let it cool. Separately, prepare a normal mayonnaise, in which, at the end, add a jar of yogurt. Mix the beans with mayonnaise, add spices. Serve it chilled.

Preparation time: 150 minutes.

Ingredients: 1 kg Deroni beans, 2 onions, 2 carrots, ½ celery head, parsley root, 1 green pepper, 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, a teaspoon of crushed thyme, 1 smoked ham approx. 1.5 kg, 5 l water.

Method of preparation: Place the beans in cold water 10 hours before cooking, boil it 2-3 times and drain the water, then boil it together with the smoked ham in cold water. Take out the foam as many times is necessary. Test the beans, and if they are peeling, add vegetables whole and let them boil until the meat detach from the bone and beans begin to crumble. Remove the bone from the ham and boiled vegetables. Add tomato paste, thyme and salt. Serve it with red onion salad or pickles.
