Rice pudding
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: ½ cup Deroni rice, 2 cups of water, ½ cup grated apples, ¼ cup raisins (optional) 1/8 cup sugar (optional), 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.
Preparation: Mix all of the above in a bowl. Put it on low heat for 30 minutes or until the rice is boiled. Add 1/8 cup of milk and keep it contained on the fire for another 10 minutes, until the mixture becomes pasty. If necessary, add milk.
