Rice with chicken

Preparation time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients:
chicken, Deroni rice, vegetables, 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Preparation:
Boil the rice just plain; rinse it in strainer with cold water. Boil the vegetables separately; rinse them also in cold water. Mix the rice and vegetables in a pan with 2 spoons of olive oil, then season and anneal them a bit. Serve it mixed with chicken cubes or as a side dish with boiled chicken.
