Dietetic bean salad

Preparation time: 60 minutes

Ingredients:
one cup of Deroni beans, 16 olives, ½ of bell pepper or green pepper, 1 carrot, ½ onion, salt and vinegar.

Preparation:
Boil the beans and when they are almost done, add the carrot sliced. Allow it to boil until the carrots are halfboiled. Once it cools down, mix in the remaining ingredients. The whole salad has around 450 calories and 10 g fat (4 olives - 25 calories and 2.5 g fat)
