Rice pudding with cherries
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 2 cups seedless cherries, a cup of Deroni rice, a cup of raisins, a teaspoon of lemon zest.
Preparation: Boil the rice as instructed on the package. Once the rice has cooled mix it with the remaining ingredients and the resulted composition is placed in a Jena tray and baked at medium heat, about 20 minutes.
