Ingredients: 250 g beef, 250 g smoked pork meat, 200 g Deroni beans, 400 g potatoes, celery (leaves), a cabbage, 2 ½ l water, salt, pepper, 100 g sour cream, one tablespoon of flour.
Method of preparation: Put the beans to soak the night before and in the morning drain it and then boil it with smoked and fresh meat, cut in pieces. After approx. 1 ½ hours you can add the sliced potatoes, celery and cabbage cut into quarters. Season it with salt and pepper and leave it to cook. When the soup is ready, mix the sour cream with the flour, add a little broth and pour it into the saucepan.
