Rice pudding with apples

Preparation time: 30-40 minutes

Ingredients:
1 cup of Deroni rice, 3 cups of milk or water, 3-4 tablespoons of sugar, cinnamon, 1 kg apples, butter, rum essence.

Preparation:
Put the rice to soak in a little hot water. Peel the apples, cut and remove all the seeds. In a thermo-resistent bowl greased with butter put the drained rice mixed with sugar and rum essence. Put in the rice cubes of butter. Pour milk (water). Place the apple slices on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Put the bowl in the oven and leave it until the rice has been boiled and curdled, and apples have a golden crust. It can be served hot or cold.
