Rice with milk and egg
Preparation time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients: 125 g Deroni rice, 100 g sugar, ¾ l milk, 20 g butter, 3 egg yolks, cinnamon, zest from one orange.
Preparation: Boil the rice in water for 3 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. Boil the milk with cinnamon and orange zest. After 5 minutes, add the rice, and after another 10 minutes add the sugar and allow it to cook until the rice is soft and creamy. Beat the yolks slightly and add to the rice when is taken from the heat, as well as butter. Mix it all well and divide it into plates.
