Carrot soup with rice
Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 100 grams of carrots, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g Deroni rice, 250 ml water, a pinch of salt.
Preparation: Carrots should be washed, peeled and grated on grater. If you want put garlic, you can also add it now, finely chopped. Put the mixture in a pot and anneal. Add water and let it boil, then turn down the heat and add the rice and a little salt, if you like. Cover it and leave it on low heat for 40 minutes until the rice is boiled.
